The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region announced the opening of the application for "Master & doctoral" students in the public universities in Kurdistan Region for the year 2016-2017.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry decided during the meeting of the Specialized Higher Committee, in the presence of representatives of all public universities, on the date of submission for the Master & doctoral degree of the public universities in the region, the dates of preliminary examinations, results and the period of complaints. The Committee decided in accordance with the instructions issued No. 4 for the academic year 2016-2017, to study the Master Degree and decided in accordance with instruction No. 5 for the doctoral study.
